My mission is to understand our Clients on a personal level and to learn what makes each Client look and feel her/his best. IDentity X Glam have a non refundable $25
Deposit policy to secure your appointments which will go toward your service fee .

Reschedule, Cancellation or Same Day Change of Service Policy ‼️
We realize that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that ALL appointments reschedule or cancel 24 - 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
New Clients‼️
Failure to reschedule, cancel or change booked services within the appropriate time frame will result to rescheduled services and loss of appointment Deposit.
FOR NO CALL/NO SHOW appointments the deposit fee will be lost and there is a 100% charge to rebook ‼️
Existing clients‼️
Failure to reschedule, cancel or change booked services within the appropriate time frame(24-48hrs) will result in rescheduled services and loss of your $25 deposit. In the event you arrive 15-30 minutes past your appointment time and we need to reschedule, there is a rescheduling fee of 50% of the scheduled services at that time.
FOR NO CALL/NO SHOW appointments, there is a 100% charge of the scheduled services to rebook. ‼️
COVID 19 ‼️
If you've experienced any symptoms such as cold , high fever, allergies , coughing , sneezing or COVID 19 symptoms or has traveled out of State within the last 14 days or less for health and safety purposes please be mindful and reschedule your appointment ‼️
Due to COVID-19 all clients are asked to call or text when you arrive to your appointment and I will come out and escort you in .
